At the Animal Rehabilitation Centre (ARC), we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors. In particular, we want you to know that ARC does not selling, rent or trade personal information with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.When someone visits www.AnimalRehabCentre.org we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you use ARC Wi-Fi we do not  collect data about:

1. Your device;
2. The volume of data which you use;
3. The websites and applications which you access; and
4. Your usage by access time, frequency and location. 

We may share limited personal information with your animal’s primary or referral veterinary centre, to allow us to exchange clinical information to assist in the care and welfare of your animal.
We may also share limited personal information with your animal’s insurance company or similar to facilitate reimbursement of fees for treatment.
